1.1. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
2.1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2.2. Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
2.3. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
3. International Shipping
3.1. We currently ship to select international locations.
3.2. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
3.3. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4.2. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
5.1. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries as specified by our shipping carriers.
5.2. Some items, due to their nature, may have shipping restrictions or require special handling. This will be noted on the product page.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
6.1. Louise Trees Jewels is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
6.2. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
7. Address Changes and Order Modifications
7.1. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
7.2. If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order, contact us immediately at louisetreesjewels@gmail.com. Changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.
