This remarkable piece captures the charm of a 19th-century open carriage, complete with a horse, driver, and two elegantly dressed female passengers. One passenger is gracefully stepping out of the carriage, tenderly holding a dog, while the other remains seated.
Sculpted by Juan Huerta, this figurine was first issued in 1987 and remained in production until its retirement in 1998. The carriage, with its top down, showcases intricate details and a lustrous glaze, standing at 11.75 inches tall and 19.25 inches wide. The piece is presented on a fitted wood base and is authentically marked on the underside, making it a valuable addition to any collection.
